Unfair ban.

Hello everyone,I wanted to complain about an unfair ban I just got.

We were chating around and a person said "is anyone giving an account that It's not using"
I said:

Yes,I'll give u mine,lvl 17 fe orange goliath.U want It?"

He replied:

yes.

I said:

Buy It.HA.

I got banned cause saying that for 30 days,for "selling" account.

I mean,It's just messed,we were joking,not trying to sell anything,I'd do that in another pages but I love my acc so I won't give or share away my acc.

Days ago It happened the same,but I said later "No,I'm just joking,lol" ,but I had time to say It,this time I didn't man.I got banned instantly,for 30 ridiculous days just for a joke..

Please do something man.

It is not taken as a joking matter nor are we going to ask in chat if you are joking. It happens all the time and in most cases they are not joking. I will look into this a bit further so please be patient.

Please understand that this is not a joking matter. We cannot see the sarcasm between the black and white. Regarding the scammers that are always trying to scam and the people who believe in them thinking they are not being scammed and losing all of their hard work, it is an ongoing battle every day dealing with issues like these. When you saw the person asking the question, your reaction should have been to report the individual to prevent them from bringing harm to others. Your actions only added more issues to the problem. Luckily the individual was caught right then and sorted. Your ban will be lifted and I am hoping you now have a better understanding. Happy hunting!

That is how most scams begin, trade/selling or giving away accounts. Don't limit the scams to just that. There are many creative ones as well and being a MOD for as long as I have, I am still suprised sometimes to see new deceiving techniques used. Just when you think you have seen it all :rolleyes:...If it sounds too good to be true, it is just that, too good to be true.
