I was just fighting a VRU and then i went to go jump the gate and I couldn't jump then I lost connection all I would just like is my 500uri im not mad about the connection im mad that I don't have that much uri.

Usually this will prevent many occurrences of this, however it does not always guarantee it not to happen.

From what has been suggested, not many (if any) users have experienced this at the same time as you. This would strongly suggest that the problem was not a global problem, or a problem with our servers and as such we cannot be held responsible for such occurances.

As for further preventing this, you could always try switching web browser as sometimes users will find a certain browser that works for them best. For me, it's Firefox, for others it's Internet explorer, opera, google chrome etc.
Try a few out and see what works best for you.
