Below I have copied out of the chat guidelines where it states that you cannot post the honor or experience when posting kills.

Spamming
Messages that clearly advertise or disturb the chat flow are not allowed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

-Personal web site advertisements / Guild advertisement
-For-Sale/For-Trade/For-Auction/Wanted notices – content in the Forum.
-Chain letters, and pyramid schemes
-Users are allowed to include a web site address in a signature, or providing a relevant link to another site at one point.
-Writing the same thing over and over again.
-Posting of Experience and Honour-
-Posting the stats of a killshot or your personal stats in the ranking will be considered as spam.
-Posting any web site address on the chat.

As said above it is in the rules, if it is in the rules it does not require a warning. 2 min bans are used by mods as a forceful warning just to make sure you know what you did and are very minor. So please read what you type before you hit enter
