Dilibar1(N) banned indefinately?

I am the CTR clan leader and Father of Dilibar1(N). We cannot figure out or even find out why he was banned indefinately from DO chat. We are looking for a reason for this so it can be fixed. However, in speaking with my son, he has kept to the standards as set by me and by the clan. Could this have been a mistake as he was not banned when he got off the last time he played. He was already banned when he got on earlier today. Please let us know what prompted this decision, and if it was his fault, how can we remedy it so that he can play. Thanx for your time.

Add in his user ID, and also try contacting support as well.

After 30 days you can request your chat back all indefinite bans go to support (Form in my signature) we do not deal with indefinite bans in the forums. Make sure to post your User ID and all the details you want to put.
