Bid withdraw

I was thinking about the ability to retract a bid that you placed...The thing is is that you couldnt retract it unless your the highest bidder:) That way ppl wont just retract a bid if they lose...Why im even suggesting this is say someone bids on the wrong item or decide they dont need the item they could recall there bid and the player with the second highest bid would get the item :D Also it would be cool if you could only retract once per item :cool: This is just a suggestion and if someone can find a fault with it please tell me! Im always open to suggestion:D

Major problem: Say a rich elite player wants his new player friend to get an LF3 or a Goli. As soon as the clock turns, he bids, say, 500,000 on one of those items. The rich player immediately drops 100 million plus on top of it, thus covering the low bid. At the last second he withdraws his bid allowing the newer player to win.

You would have a situation where the richest players completely control the auction boards for not only what they need, but their entire clan.

Besides, it would hardly be fair for only the highest bidder to get his money back.

Well I disagree with when you say it wouldnt be fair for just the highest bidder to withdraw but you have a really good point about the clan helping thing:eek: I would of never thought of that so I geuss nvm:cool:
