Chat with the firm, I was banned even though I just "HI" wrote the German should be ...
Ok at the 2 globally I use German words that I do not know in English that is why I was also banned because ... Do you think that because you do not ask what could ... I am not such a kind of everything and everyone offended or just say hi or German useful if the words I do not know in English
