Troop builder bug

My troop master, although showing active until 24.11.09, is still not building troops. I must manually recruit all troops. My user ID is 6136. My building master has been working great.

As an update this should now be working.

Please make sure you have enough resources, and that the recruiting is active and the recruit up to is set

Same here. Troop master has not worked for 2 weeks for me.

Troop Master is still not working for me. It has not worked for at least 15 days for me.
My ID is 6136 in the UK server.
I do have a master builder that is working fine but not the troop master.

My Troop Master is working (Global America) so the feature is not completely broken.

Have you have gone to the recruitment page of each castle, activated the Troop Master for that castle, and also entered a maximum number of troops for each troop type (or at least the ones you want built) which is greater than the total number of that type that you already have in that castle?

Do you have sufficient Military Training Area level in each castle to build more troops?

Do you also have a Building Master running on the same castle, and if so, is it working, and what percentage of resources have you allocated to building structures?

If you have met all the requirements and it still does not work, then you should report it directly to support via the on-line form, remembering to include the server and your user id.
