Default Payment Support 164500

I opened this ticket b/c I was charged for something that I did not extend.. There is no auto extend so I should not be charged.. The submission form doesn't not allow you to explain the problem just open a ticket..

Here is the reply I got.. I opened another ticket.. But this is a good example of BP not listening to their customers..

This issue has been resolved, so thread closed.

Note: subscriptions to the Gold and Silver Packs, which you pay separately (i.e. you do not simply spend gold like you do for the mini-packs) in fact do automatically renew.
