Not sure what you're saying here
Are you talking about the timed Farm Society Tasks you get in the City, or the farmhouse callers?
Farmhouse callers (shown by the house rocking and a rolling) ask for small quantites of various produce - some which you can't quite grow yet (they can be saved for later). This comes from your barn stores.
The Farm Society Tasks are timed and need to be harvested during the timer. Best way is to grow fields of whatever plant is needed, wait until they are ready, go into the City and accept the task, then go back to your farm, harvest the fields and replant. Providing you have enough fields and bedding plants to grow from in your barn this is doable in the time required.
For example, 200 carrots = 40 fields so you will need at least 40 plants in your barn before you should try this Task.
They can be done without water of fertilizer, but these can be used if time is getting tight to speed up the last few fields.

btw if you're asking people to give you these things it cannot be done, you'll have to buy, grow or breed them until the marketplace is back up and running - then you should be able to buy them.
