Hello everyone.
Since yesterday EdM's are back and ready to prove themselves in the battlefield.
Also we intend to start an extended recruiting campain to get some fresh blood into our wing. Therefore any cylon strike player no matter the lvl is welcome.
Teamspeak is strongly suggested, we can be more efficient as a squad/s and low lvl players have access to information faster.
Anyone who wish to join can find us in game every evening after 8 pm server time. Just try to talk/whisper to any player with EdM sig.

If you think fun in this game is to stand on top of a ploid or camp platforms for hours this wing is not for you.

Another bump for EdM.

We have lost members over time, and those remaining are positive and still love the game for what it is. We all use teamspeak. Its something the improves our play without cubits, as through communication we get to know each other as friends. Most importantly, share knowledge, laugh and joke and assist other wings within TS.

EdM squadded is strike PvP only. This doesn't mean we don't fly other ships on occasion, as we often are squadded with other wings who share AoC TS server I personally am the only native english speaker within EdM, but the guys speak in english just for me ^^

Harvester is a great player too. He is a very strong squad leader, by sheer experience and we always learn something new from him. EdM are all old war dogs. EdM needs new strike pilots who are still in love with their strike and comfortable with TS. Gundam's carrier...he's fussy about being able to talk to all of his strikes in TS.

I am pretty sure if you whisper Harv ingame and you are a strike at a low level with access to TS, you could push him over. He still thinks everytime a low level dies when squadded with him, that a little puppy dies somewhere. He's wrong about that. Its a kitten...

So, join EdM in our continuing battle against the Humans.

If I am allowed to throw in a suggestion, I may point out that we in SWARM had some success bringing us on Top 20 with a local recruitment & training schedule, starting in Apollid where all new players begin to play. Simply sent someone at peak times to that system and offer via SG or whisper your services as wing.

Sometimes we throw in the FG a cool advertisement, maybe that's a way for you too to get rid of those CommAccesses

That is the reason why we make use of Training & Recruitment Officers who take care of such matters.

You have right and we should do that in normal circumstances but...
Is more that we said even here on forum about become an EdM member. Our goal was and remain about to create an elite group rather than a big wing. We have requests from people to join but 90% simply don't fit.
Biggest problem is TS, nuggets don't wanna hear about that. From those who use or accept to install TS 50% are just waiting to move on a big ship, 30% are kids and like 10% are those ones who all day long are keep asking: who comes to help me to kill this plat ( meaning you need to go there to kill the frakin plat for him) or help me guard this ploid ... and so on.
Since we made this announcement we manage to recruit 2 players ... you do the math.
