Baby Battle Ship, more ships in each class, sector expansion..
It's not that I'm against the Baby Battle Star /Battle Ship but I'm with others when it comes to the so called "GOD SHIPS". We don't need more GOD SHIPS.
I think the idea of the CARRIER was grand, as well as the Baby Battle Ship. As to any good idea there must be limitations set in place. Speed, fire power, mobility, and vulnerability must ALL play factors in this decision.
AS Admin of our wing, being well in tune with other wings, there has been ideas of just increasing the number of ships available in the classes that are offered. Add another strike, escort, and line...or two.
Personally, I think that both factions need to be more "EQUALLY BALANCED" in the ship department. You know, more comparable to one another in fire power, hull, size mobility, etc., etc.. That may reduce the fear of the "GOD SHIP" complex that everyone has seemed to have obtained here lately.
Further more, with increase of of the amount of ships available and the VAST number of players that this game draws, (an increase of 3 million in the last year alone), I believe the the size and area of the sector map needs to increase as well. Maybe adding a few more systems would help take away from the everyday duldrum that we all face.
As always, I'm open for suggestions and comments.

Not sure what you mean EQUALLY BALANCED, everything you mentioned is stat for stat carbon copy between the factions.
They supposedly have a fix in the works for the waa waa cylon ships have smaller blindspot issue.
Maybe you mean fix it so the entire logged in population of the other side cant jump into one system with sync jump, now that's a fix I could get behind. But let's face it once you get past 2 to 1 numbers the rest are not that big a deal.
And I hate to burst the big 3 million pat on the back, do believe that's just multiple accounts from the initial million or so that stuck around.
While not opposed to variants, etc in each class. Really think they should focus on tweaking the current ships to make them more role specific before just getting out the paintbrush and drawing some new ships and slapping the same generic mold on em. Of course as you mentioned, these tweaks would need to be CAREFULLY balanced so as not to turn one ship into the must have all others stink up the verse.
Do not really see one or two systems changing much. After a week or two, they'd be just another system to bust the OP, sit the toid, pop the rock, yadda yadda yadda. Of course the new system could be something different than what has come before. Many ideas out there, strike only, boss ships, etc.
Given the current status (game currently unavailable) think they have their hands full just fixing the fingers they burnt sticking them in the pie so far. Hopefully this status will soon change and I can ship you back to your OP soon .

Well your a little late worrying about people developing a "god ship" complex i have found that some but not all those that have the biggest ships have egos to match.
