Instead of getting us all riled up and jumping to our own conclusions while cursing BPs name to oblivion, wouldnt it just make sense to give us a quick "Hello, ran into an unexpected issue during maintenance, still working on it, so sorry"? Its the silent treatment that we hate more than anything, it insults our intelligence.
