paint bug

i am on scorpia and had advanced my vanir and the shinny paint came off of it and cant get it back on i tryed the op thing and even whet to the ship yard to see if it had to be done that way and it wont work so i am sitting here with a pimped out vanir that looks like crap lol its like putting $3000 rimes on a old rusty 1990 buggy plz help me

Can you provide us a screen shot of where you are getting stuck (the window showing the paint failing to equip).
Also, is the paint in your hold and not in your locker?

The paint is in my hold and its not equiping on the paint slot anywhere at the op and Dealta C and i have tryed to equip it via fleet store screen
