Default Idea? Some feedback what realy work?

I don't play for last 3 days.
First, it was bugs. And very slow loading.

Last days I can't load game. Missing unity.dll. Or something like that.

I was reading here - nobody have solution which work on all computers.

I was sending ask to support - they can't help. They have no ideas about it. They talking (writing?) about some "...bad Unity install error." Realy?
And:"Please make sure you are fully uninstalling Unity before trying to reinstall it."

What I need? Formatting disk and start with Windows instalation?

I was try almost every ideas from forum. I was try find older wersion Unity player. With no efects.

Always when I try reinstal Unity, it's same error:" Fail to load Unity.dll"

Moderators, please let people try to answer. They help others to. Do not close this topic like when I was asked first time.

Hi

To properly uninstall Unity Player from a Windows machine do the following

>Start
>Program Control
>Uninstall Programs

Wait for the list to fully populate

>Highlight Unity Player
>Unistall Program

Wait for the Ininstall program to fully complete.

Then you have 2 options.

You can go to http://unity3d.com/webplayer/ direct and install it from there, or lauch BSGO and the system will detect and install Unity from there. Personally my preference would be to download it from the Unity site, but that is just me.

Also remember that are 2 issues with log in at the moment.

First: You must now log on from the site you orginally signed up from, be it direct, SyFy or Facebook ect...

Second: There is a known issue with slow or frozen log on's at the moment. The Devs are working hard to fix this ASAP. But remember after Unity has been installed, the first log on can take upto 20 mins, so be patient it will eventually load.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your desire to help, BrokenTusk.
Yes, I worked both ways. First I was going on "button" on loading screen. Later I was try manually.
Both methods had the same result - "Fail to load Unity.dll."

I did not understand first issue with log in. Shall I log in BSG on news portal where I was click on BSG link first time? For example - I see commercial on portal and click on them. Now, I must go on same portal and log over it same portal?

I will not wait for your answer - going try. And, you know what will be hapend here.

Thanks, again.

After 10 minutes:

Nope. Properly uninstal with CCliner AFTER uninstaling, than Auslogics Registry Cleaner, shutdown... Loading news portal where I was first time started. Find BSG commercial and click on it. Browser waiting for Unity download and installing. When instaling Unity it's came message of error.
Error details:"Fail to load Unity.dll."

I don't belive whats happend.

Even the MS Windows have the opportunity to return to the last well-functioning. Why not go back to the state before the update, until you fix the problems?

Thx to guys who try to help me, good luck to people who are trying to make the game better. I hope that will be used to change the situation, this time on the better way.

Maybe I will back than.

Good luck everybody.
