you open game configuration, go to key bindings and assign a key to the 'toggle HUD' function (well I don't remember the exact name)
then you hide HUD, use print-screen key to capture the screen, go to paint (or your preferred program) and paste it there. Since paint doesnt have the crop function you may have to select, copy and paste again your region of interest. There are a lot of photo sites where you can upload and link images to (I used imageshack). /Edit: Save to a lossless format like PNG, not jpg, when possible. Hope this helps.
