When i clicked play game (first time) it downloaded the Unity server fine, but then it would not move past the "Welcome to BSGO" screen......suggestions anyone?

Hi there mzelli09,

The initial load can take considerably longer than usual, so please be patient. Give it 20 minutes to map everything correctly.

As a side note, the server you are on is named Canceron and not Cancerous

I log in, everything's good. But when I click "Play Now" it tells me to make my avatar but I already have one. Any ideas to what may be going on?

Yes. It appears you may have inadvertently selected a different server. It may not have been you, and rather the computer after a cache clear for example.

Do you remember the server you were on? If not, you will have to go through each one until you find your character. Note down the server you are on once you find it. You will see the selected server once you log in - at the top next to your in-game name and UserID.

Unless of course you haven't logged in within the last 30 days and haven't bought Cubits/in-game offer - in which case the account may have been marked for deletion.

Server: Scorpia
System: 169 Aretis
Date/Time: June 14, 2012/1314 hrs Central Time
Description: This is an ongoing problem on a daily basis. Today the game has crashed twice, once while I was in 32 Serpentos and the second was in 169 Aretis. I can only pay anywhere from 30 mins to an hour, before the game crashes. Both times, the game has crashed while fighting npcs and drones. There has been other times the game has crashed while, turning, mining, or fighting. I have tried clearing out the Unity Web Player cache, browser caches, tried using different browsers, have uninstalled and reinstalled Unity Web Player and the problem is still there.

Here is the lastest log information:

Description: every time i try to jump to another system unity crashes almost without fail every time.

System: unknown--couldn't get to the game since Unity didn't load.

Unity Web Versions according the Unity's Website (after manual install):-
Unity Plugin version:3.5.3f3
Unity Engine version:3.5.3f3

Browsers: IE, Firefox (ver 13), Chrome (ver 20)
OS: Windows 7 (32-bit)

I also tried "Webplayer settings" at http://webplayer.unity3d.com/setup/ and I got the same message, which surprised me!

I also tried installing Unity's full version, got the same resulting error!

I can't get back to the previous Unity web player version since I replaced it; and even if I could, the game would stall loading on the account of Unity's autoupdate.

Was having that problem also,, I switched to firefox browser and while I stopped crashing during system jumps the game was unplayable do to freeze framing,,,Fly for 3 sec freeze for 10 sec ect on and on,, in every system i tried....I then went back to IE browser,,While Unity still Crashes its down to about once every hour now and seems to random in so much as it may crash while just flying in straight line,,or having a good dog fight or jumping lol ,,Hope that helps you more then it did me

My unity always crashes. IDK why. I always clear it but every damn time i log into the game, i am in the game for about 2 fraking minutes until it crashes. AND IT DOES IT EVERY SINGLE TIME! IM GETTING SO TIRED OF IT! CAN SOMEONE HELP M EHERE?!?! i always clear my unity, is there something else wrong? or is it just this game.
