Doing a fleet message or Global,,lets the players that came into game before happy hour started ( Hence NO pop-up) Know that happy hour has started

sadly this is not the case only people logging on will see the message if your already playing the game you see nothing which means all the people who sit and play all day probably dont see them i got a unity error the other day after playing for about 2 hours, i closed down the browser and opened it back up to see a message stating happy hour until the start of the next hour which ment there was 15 mins left, trust me there was no pop up in game and i have never seen one, only pop ups in game that i have seen in my 102 levels has been for the double ep events which gives you a 5% increase of bonuses if cubits are bought during the event.

Happy hour doesnt last very long and you see it when you log in, but not when you are already logged in (unlike the pop up you speak off. Can't say what is true coz I havent seen a single one for happy hour so far and was never notified about one). So Those who log in and see it should warn the others.

i have to agree with Jints,if you log in and see it's happy hour,alert you fellow player,i myself hove only heard of it and never(to my knowledge seen it)had any type of pop up or when i logged in...

There are some days that are more likely to have an happy hour and in certains hours of the day. What I do some times in those days is log out and log in each hour or every other hour.

Got lucky and caught happy hour 3 times but missed a bunch. For me getting 60k cubits for 10 euros is a lot more justified then those miserable 30k
