Do you know or can you find any Recon Raptor pilots to help you?

I routinely run an operation on Scorpia to do exactly what you are asking. Help low level pilots achieve their DEO assignment. It's called Lieuntenents Patrol

If you squad with a Recon Raptor they can use their large Dradis to find lower level pilots who are isolated and unsupported. Then you swoop in for kill.

Just last night I squaded up with a level 11 that I had never met before. We jumped to 74. I flew high until I picked out a level 9 Cylon. I gave my level 11 the Go sign, he burned to target and destroyed it and completed his DEO assignment with the kill. We jumped back to Galactica and he turned it in.

From what I hear, the members of the 7th Colonial Wing and WarWizard are the best at hunting n00bs. Perhaps look for one of them in game and see if they will let you jump some of the low level Cylons before they do...
