We have a known issue that is occurring with relatively low frequency on some hardware configurations where players may get stuck on the loading screen when jumping between sectors. If this issue happens, please close your browser and wait 5 minutes or switch browsers before attempting to relog into the game.

If you are experiencing these issues and the procedures above do not remedy the situation, please send your client logs in a Support Ticket.
