Lost All My Viper Equipment and Nothing has been solved for several days now

I am getting quite aggravated now because almost a week ago I bought a new Sythe and when I went back to my Viper I had lost all of my Equipment. All my Guns, my computers, and my engines were completely gone! I checked my hold and locker.... NOTHING. I Logged out and back in with several different combinations of switching ships around.... NOTHING! I Cleared my Cookies, posted an issue with support, got a ticket number, replied with the ticket number and still...... NOTHING! This was all after two days of intense work on my viper mind you. I had leveled up like 4 almost 5 times in 2 days! I was just starting to really get into it and now this..... I AM DONE! I will keep checking to see if they fix the issue, but if they don't, then I will not support this game any longer. Sorry guys, I will miss playing with all of you. Hope this doesn't happen to any one else.

Hi Vader_H8R,

If you have cleared caches/cookies etc. are you sure you have selected the correct server upon logging in? Your pre-defined server may change after you log in following a clear.

If you are unsure of what server you belong to (it does happen don't worry!) you may need to go through the servers one at a time until you come across it.

Let us know how you get on
