There is a huge problem out there and it needs to be dealt with. We expect that the Cylons will come into systems and disrupt ops because they are the other side. However, resource denial from the other side is expected, It's not acceptable from your own side.

Recently we've seen one of the colonial wings in Muspel flak boating the platforms preventing other players from being able to use the system plats basically manopolizing it for themselves. Last night in Huginn they were doing the same thing. Flak boating an event area or a resource area causes annoying problems such as disruption of resourcing operations, lag and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere making it unenjoyable to the players who simply want to participate in the event or resourcing. When asked to stop they continued with blatant disregard for their fellow players and even went as far as threatening to spam one of the complaining players with arena invites and circling me with flak and PD on for approximately five minutes.

On December 15th, Big Point released their revised TOS which states:

"Harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing any person; or
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which, in the sole discretion of Bigpoint, exposes Bigpoint or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type."

It is my opinion that this wing has in fact violated this very article of the TOS. Enough is enough. It's wrong, they know it and it needs to stop. If anyone see's this they need to screen shot the incident and send it in to support and BP needs to act on it.

Reaper, you also just violated TOS by posting a screen shot with people's names attached to it!

Come on, if you're going to do something like this follow the rules.

The calling out of player names and/or wing names is not something for the forum. If you have any issues with an individual, which cannot be resolved or which you suspect to contravene the ToS, you must contact Support.

I have removed the images here as this in itself is not permitted. You should forward these to Support if you wish to take it up with them.

Matter closed, along with thread.
