Skill experience and chat issues

I think the game has not been giving the amount of experience for skills that it says it does when you level up. It says I get 57000 when I level up I believe, but when I went to check after recently leveling up I only had a little of 6000.

Another problem I have been having is the chat will randomly stop working while playing, I will be able to type message and hit enter but the message does not display in the chat. The only way I have been able to fix it is refreshing the game page.

Has anyone else had similar issues? I send a ticket to support so hopefully they will fix it or tell me I completely missed something haha.

I found out my firewall was interfering with chat. I had to adjust my rules to allow all bag stuff permanent access. So check your firewall if you use one.

I've been having the same problems with chat it would stop working all of a sudden I have to put another message so it will tell me Chat is unavailable

I'll have to look into that, but anything about the skill points for learning skills. Do we receive lump sums of those when we level up?

Your xp gets spent like money to level up your skills. It should say xp for training right under your total xp in the info tab in the game. So it all goes into your account as you earn it.

Yeah but on the info page where it says how much you have earned and have to spend, under that it says promotion: 57000 Do we receive that much every time we level up?

Anyone? The support team was about as useful as a sack of bricks. Tempted to send another ticket in.

I have previously experienced the problems that you are facing. Please try to clear your browser cache and Unity cache. When you have completed those, restart the web browser, and try it. It should work. Click here to learn how to clear your browser cache, if needed.
