Subway gift cards - Problems

Hello Pilots,

Unfortunately it seems there are some problems with the subway gift cards. If you should have used a subway gift card to buy Cubits and didn´t receive your Cubits please contact support and send them your UserID, the server on which you play and the Transaction ID (starts with a T followed by a couple of digits) so they can look into it.
