Virgon compensation for errors...again

hi, once again i draw you attention to the subject of compensation for everything that is going wring on virgon, i understand that ppl have ent tickets and that BP are doing their best to resolve this but atleast give us a little gift or something to show us that you are working in this

it has gotten to the point where some of my friends have stopped playing bgo and are warding others of of it, please show us something or give people a little gift to ay thank you for staying with them.

people need a little incitement to keep going. Please head our pleads, if this does not happen, some of those 9.2 million may go

What's the chance of getting 2 compensations from bigpoint, hmm, zero maybe, spent my night trying to fight and defend ops, only to have screen freeze up several times and turn black, then i die, not my idea of fun, screwit, i'll go back to dailies until i'm bored senseless and asleep at keyboard, or find something better to do.

I agree with this - having spent some cash here I expect these errors to be fixed ASAP.

To date I have scanned 5 Titanium mines,5 tylium mines and three water mines - all with plenty of resources and still cannot call in mining ship despite having plenty of cubits(purchased)..

Is this as ploy to get people to just pay cash to play this game??

COme on BP start paying us for your errors - especially when we have paid you!!!!:(

this is what i am on bout, yes the chances may be zero but if we bring this to their attention maybee we may get a little something just to keep us going throught the hard times ( we need it ), and yes ellie, i do know XD seriously? a server with 9.5, pu-lease :P

Virgon does not have 9.2 million accounts on it, the overall game itself has 9.2 million registered accounts since its opening. Of that 9.2 million, only a small fraction of that are registered to Virgon's server. Not to mention the number of double/triple accounts and the inactive players.

Any bugs found on one server, usually is found on the other servers as updates change game coding to all servers. If Virgon was to get any free gifts, the other servers would be awarded them too.

If players leave, that is of their own volition for whatever reason that may be. If the developers were to send out a free gift to keep players interested, they would find themselves having to do this regularly, something I am sure they feel is not necessary.

With the way this game was created and maintained, bugs and errors will crop up now and again and as much of a nuisance as they are, they can be fixed when they have been investigated. All you need is some patience for a fix to be released :D

All of the servers are frakked. Some worse than others. For those of us that have paid to play should get monetary compensation. For free to players, big point will come mow your yard and do your dishes.
On a serious note, we should get something to compensate for today's multiple server outage.

I lost like 28k water yesterday because of a Sever error. It showed me that the server needs to close. And when me and my friend came back (right after Virgon was brought back up again), the Wateroid was replaced with a Tylioid because of that crash/update/force shutdown or whatever that thing was.
