Allowing Nukes and red/green ammo to be used in arenas?

I am whining a bit because i just got nuked but why are they allowed in arenas along with red/green tips?

To me an arena is building your ship to standard that can beat others showing who has the best skill and setup when someones setup works better than you, you try something else to beat there's i thought you got the gold thingy on your head for skill not for the amount of red ammo and nukes you can buy.

Anyway that's my opinion!

You're gonna have most everyone who fancies themselves "hot stuff" in the Arena up in your face for this one. The nukers will, as always,adamantly refuse to concede that anything should be removed. And as always, another very large contingent will maintain (as they have all along) that nukes, and onlynukes, should be removed since they confer advantages while insisting that greens, reds, and KEWs don't and should be allowed, so as to keep it "all about skill."

And then you'll find 1 or 2 people willing to suggest banning it all, if not also restricting gear levels. But those are rarities compared to the "remuv teh nukes only, tehy give people teh unfare advantages!!!1!!!" crowd.

Why not make it selectable to how you want to duel, white tips only,or a certain level of gear, or anything goes

Another thing that's annoying is when your dueling someone on your same faction the opponents missiles don't show up which is especially annoying with missile spammers!

To BP the arena is somewhere that players can spend vast amounts of cubits.

A true skill based arena would reduce both players gear to the same level and would only allow grey tips but thats never going to happen.
