OK ladies;

At last i got pissed off of how the Cylons are scattered among different small Wing-lets.

So tonight we formed a one, solid, gigantic, empire-type wing named RedSharks.

* It consists of the entire active-list of WAR + UFC + BC + TITANS now, and it keeps growing.

* All the previous Leaders are Admins in it, and the rest are Members; So we have a valid and functional command chain.

* We have 3 Main Squadrons; Liner1, Escort1 and Strike1 (It has its own Carrier). There'll be 2nd Squadrons if the main ones are full. Each squadron has its Leader to assign the jobs done and targets killed.

* We have our own TS.

* "All for One; One for All" rule applies.

* Our shipname tag is RedSharks_Shipname

If you're ACTIVE, SMART and a man for TEAMPLAY; Just install the damned TS and contact either me, or Celticmanm, or Botbot, or Jest3r ingame for info and invite.

Thats probably the only advantage to being out numbered. You don't have to travel far to find trouble.

Sometimes I can spend 20 mintues jumping between systems looking for suitable fights. And the only fights I turn down are 100+ Nids and Fenirs, anything else I'll have a crack at.

Last night was a bit special tbh - lots of switchers on wanting to fly their cool sleek new ships. I think the Colons were in shock. :p

I was here when they did the first rebalance, by closing colon sign up. We had the map like that for a while but when they opened signup again it swung back.

Should be fun for both sides - your strike pilots have more targets now. :cool:

Here is list of all my weapons for my Nidd, been experiementing with different set ups but cannot find one thats better that another so thought I'd get a second pair of eyes for another persepective.

All equiptment is standard targeting and level 10.

4 x LR Cannons
2x GP Cannons
2 X SR Cannons
3 X LR Missile Launchers.

With this, and thinking about general play rather than any specific task, what you would recommend trying and where to place it on the Nid itself?

I wouled like once to meat a coloniol that does not run as first sight of me and which is not a missol spamer.

Every coloniols that seas me turns around and starts spaming missols like creazy.

This ussaly ends with me geting board and turning around and jumping away.

I whant real dog fight, like we head when the game first came on line, now we have just runers who's only tattick is to run from you and fire missols for 30 min.

OK, what is with coloniols and them using tons of nukes leatly, I have bean nuked by 13 nukes last 2 day's as soon as I beat a coloniol, they come back and nuke me to hell.

I too have been getting nuked more often that not these days, I recon its because the current special offer doing the rounds is the £35 - 160,000 cubits that comes with 7 Nukes per class and a selection of boosters. Buy a couple of these and you've bagged yourself 14 nukes for each class of ship. Consider that 10 of the 1000's of blues that play on our server buy them and thats 140 nukes and some itchy trigger fingers out there all looking for revenge on our Wing as we are not exactly inconspicuos!

160,000 cubits - nukes plus booster pack comes with 7 of each type of nuke. If you are willing to spend a ton of cash you can buy 10 in one go. £350 = 70 of each class of nuke, that 210 in total.

Also he could spend his merits on nukes rather than advancing ships, or perhaps he spend a shed load of cash on cubits nukes when they were around, and seemingly weekly glitch that put them and KEW's back on sale for an hour or so.

You still use mining canon's I stoped using them when I bought my first escort because i had so much tylium from slavage that I did not nead to use them.

Yea man...I got 3 level 8 mining cannons with 2 short range cannons. The rocks just melt in front of my strike...the 2 shorts are for helping to deal with the pesky drones and NPC strikes. I can get my daily"s done very quickly. This leaves more time for me to go out and have some real fun in this game. With my level 10 scanner I can usually get done in 5-10 minutes, depending on the system, I'll have the asteroid scan done...then I'll go back and shoot the rocks needed for the mineral collections. A few months ago, I would have to do patrol with mining so i could get it done at the same time in an effort to save time. If I can get what I need from the asteroid scan done from that system, I do my 15 minute system patrol but loaded up for line hunting. Not to brag but I have inconvenienced many a lone liners, higher level than myself, including a few of your squad mates. But all in fun...
