So, today I made my 1,000th PvP kill in a massive fleet battle in Delta A and thought it might be a good time to introduce myself since I've been posting here for a bit. I meant to do it in style by flying my old Mk. VII loaded with novas and nukes (courtesy of Starbuck) to take out the Cylon carrier, but as I fired another Cylon line got in the way and he became my 1,000th kill.

I know, I know... there are tons of players with way more than 1,000th kills and they did it in a much shorter time. I congratulate them all as the great pilots and players they are, and I ask them, "When do you people frakkin sleep?!!" :p

While I own a few ships, my pride and joy is my Hammerhead. She's a beast that will charge in on most anyone 1v1. I win, I lose. Doesn't matter. It's all fun. I sincerely believe that each of us is meant to fly one type of ship in this game and mine is the Advanced Halberd.

Some have asked for the origin of my callsign, so here goes: During my time in the Navy I was enlisted and my CO's callsign was "Kingfish" and I always thought that was a cool name (better than another pilot's callsign "Eggplant").

Having nearly recovered from my PTSD of being absolutely, completely, hopelessly smoked, vaporized, destroyed, and utterly annihilated for my first 20 levels, I want to apologize for anyone I may have offended in game. This is my first online game experience and all the smack talk was a little hard to take with such one-sided beatings and, unfortunately, I responded in kind to a few. I have mellowed as of late and now take it for the fun in which it is intended.

To my fellow Colonials, its always a honor and a pleasure flying with you and doing whatever I can to help the Blue Fleet. Whether its suiciding my big fat Jot as a distraction or playing missile decoy at the op so the lines can get into range or just answering a 911 call to help out some lowbies being terrorized by Liche Mobs exactly the way I was, you can count on me.

To the Red Fleet, your numbers are growing and the battles of late have become more challenging. Most of you are great sports and I want to thank you for hanging in there during the "dark days" of the last couple of months. A few of you are very cagey, slippery and downright difficult opponents displaying incredible piloting skills and teamwork.

Keep it up!

To all my fellow Capricans, Colonial and Cylon: Bravo Zulu!

Eggplant, eh?
Now he was a great pilot, a graduate of Naval Fighter Weapons School ("Top Gun"). Word from the other pilots was he could make his F-14D do things that no one thought could be done.

Weird that the best pilot would have such a goofy nickname.

Also, gratz on the 400th post. haha
Thanks, didn't even notice that.
